the strange nightmare-like lighting....
Did you know that his apartment is still there
facing the Spanish Plaza with lots of things that
have remained there even after the death of his beloved Polish wife?
You can see his enormous easel, with lots of
good-luck charms and amulets hanging on the back side....
he was very superstitious it seems.
The closets are still full of his clothing,
you can feel that he still lingers there...
The view from the terrace was breath-taking....
but he seems to have also preferred small claustrophobic spaces.
